The Senior Strategy Advancement Professional leads initiatives to analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources. Brings expertise or identifies subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret, and produce recommendations and plans based on company and external data analysis. Ensures that policies and procedures align with corporate vision. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel ensuring efficient operation of the function. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Provides business intelligence and strategic planning support for business segments or the company at large. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.) Provides data-based strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities.

Provides business intelligence and strategic planning support for business segments or the company at large. The Senior Strategy Advancement Professional work assignments involve moderately complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead medium scale projects and initiatives related to strategy, growth, and engagement
Accountable for Strategy, Growth and Engagement metrics and measurements
Design and activate strategies to address brokerage opportunities and challenges
Design and document policies and procedures for Strategy, Growth, and Engagement functions (Marketing, Communications, Sales, Meetings and Events, etc…)
Work closely with Humana corporate teams to align and leverage resources as appropriate
Manages workflow and project workload for Strategy, Growth, and Engagement team
Builds presentations to be used with internal and external constituents

Strong project management skills, can track complicated projects, identify risks, ensure execution and completion

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of strategy experience ideally consulting
2+ years of Project Management experience
Demonstrated ability to think strategically with consumer experience design thinking that will achieve business goals
Excellent planning and organizational skills; demonstrated ability to implement projects and meet deadlines
Ability to work in a matrixed organization with a virtual team, experience in large corporate setting, and/or professional services a plus
Strong business acumen skills, including comfort with financial metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Clear, concise, and impactful presentation and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
Knowledge of Medicare and/or life insurance concepts and conditions
Experience in direct response marketing and digital marketing
PMP certification
Agile marketing project management knowledge and skills
Executive presence, professional client service manner, demonstrated ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of management and adapt to business needs

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$86,300 - $118,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
