CRE Client Services fosters positive client relations, manages inquiries, and promptly addresses client complaints or issues to the appropriate departments. This role will assist the Director in the development and delivery of commercial real estate service solutions for SitusAMC’s clients. This may include streamlining multiple service offerings, engaging in client discussions to determine scope and service needs, engaging in scope and pricing discussions, aiding in the preparation of quote sheets, marketing materials and proposals, and administration of legal contracts to engage SitusAMC to perform its services. The position will be responsible for coordinating internal deliverables, working with teams to ensure scope and work product are aligned, and taking a leadership role over engagements, including coordinating with internal and external legal counsel to ensure engagement documents are in place. The role requires interaction with the client to understand client needs and will also be involved in the delivery of materials to clients. This role will work with the Director to ensure Senior Management and corporate are aware of client marketing strategies being undertaken by the team.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Engage with new clients via e-mail, in person, and by phone to understand the client’s platform needs, strategies, growth, and servicing needs

  • Ability to keep updated with current clients and internal teams to understand client pain points and needs so that new services can be offered

  • Assist the Director in the maintenance of a form document library covering all current and future product offerings for commercial real estate lines of business

  • Identify performance trends and potential enhancements to product offerings so that such items can be analyzed and potentially incorporated

  • Populate, maintain and update all opportunities into the customer relationship management / sales pipeline tool (e.g. Salesforce) to ensure all opportunities across commercial real estate are accurate and updated timely to provide visibility for business leads and Senior Management

  • Interface with internal legal counsel through the internal workflow tool (e.g. ADO) to ensure all legal agreements are promptly reviewed and executed

  • Engage with external legal counsel, when necessary, to ensure timely reviews are being completed and responses are getting back to clients

  • Collaborate and actively communicate with all commercial real estate lines of business to understand complimentary services and encourage cross-selling of those services

  • Other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Minimum of 8+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 2+ years in an AVP level role or external equivalent

  • Preferred training in finance/ mortgage banking desired

  • Mortgage/ secondary market experience preferred

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Well organizing with the ability to tackle various assignments simultaneously

  • Client-oriented approach to customer service

  • The ability to negotiate and manage conflict

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products and CRM software, such as Salesforce

  • Advanced Excel using formulas

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

$90,000.00 - $150,000.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
