CoVantage Credit Union On-Site Virtual Specialist in Antigo, Wisconsin

Are you looking for a position where you can utilize your customer service skills while helping others in your community? CoVantage Credit Union is seeking a full-time on-site Virtual Specialist for their Antigo, Wausau, or De Pere office This individual will join a team dedicated to providing members with exceptional service and outstanding value over the phone and through CoVantage's online channels.

Starting wage for this role is $17.25 - $17.50 per hour, increasing based on experience and qualifications (this includes $1.25 per hour pay differential). As a CoVantage team member, you'll receive the equivalent of $12.00 per hour in benefits*! These benefits include a 401k employer match of up to 200%, a bonus of annual salary up to 4%, a generous employer HSA contribution, and paid time off for community service.

*Based on an individual earning $16.00 per hour, electing specific benefit packages, and achieving full bonus.

Job Duties

  • Answer incoming telephone calls in a timely, professional, and courteous manner handling each member's request in its entirety, or if needed, directing the member to the appropriate person for assistance

  • Provide existing and potential members with professional, high quality member service specializing in deposit services, consumer loans, and virtual services such as CoVantage Online and Remote Deposit Capture

  • Promote services to strengthen each member's relationship with the credit union and seek ways to provide greater financial value

  • Accurately and consistently comply with credit union standards, policies, and applicable state and federal regulations

This individual will work a rotating schedule including multiple Saturdays per month.

Qualified candidates

  • Have obtained a high school diploma or equivalent

  • Bilingual fluency preferred, but not required

  • Have experience working in a service or sales related capacity

  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with a wide variety of people on a daily basis

  • Have the ability to be organized, efficient and accurate in a fast-paced work environment

  • Are proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows software programs
