We are looking for a Technical Inspection and planning coordinator for a life science environment located at Geel
Technical Inspection & planning coordinator
Background:
Position execute maintenance in accordance with agreed to service levels and costs. Position works with client / CBRE systems and processes to ensure inspections and planning work is performed in compliance with Sanofi corporate expectations and applicable laws and regulations. Position ensures implementation of site goals and ensures day to day compliance which includes HSE. Many of the activities are technical in nature requiring a good understanding of building utility and structural systems.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Reports to the Hard Service lead
Main roles include:
The coordination and planning of inspections on all inspection required equipment on site and the checking of associated Service Reports.
You are the planner of a well-run Service Department.
You have direct contact with the system owners of the equipment and with the inspection authorities.
You can stand your ground and anticipate any difficulties in getting assets inspected before the due date.
You organize regular meetings with the customer and with third parties (so that there is a good and open communication allowing a fast and good follow-up of the service reports).
You can interpret the service reports to communicate to the customer. You set out follow-up actions for the customer and follow these up.
You formulate improvement actions when applicable.
You have knowledge of Asset Management systems or are not afraid to learn and use such systems. You follow up and plan all inspections through this asset management system. You conclude all your actions with the necessary documentation.
You will work as a coordinator for a major international player in the facility management department.
You are back-up for the technical supervisor and can support him or replace him in his absence.
In time you will be responsible for preventive maintenance, technical interventions and repairs of heating, cooling and ventilation installations in buildings on the site.

Recognize and analyze interruptions and failures at HVAC installations, and develop solutions or contact external knowledge under supervision of the Hard Service Lead
Maintain regular maintenance to all technical installations on the site buildings and execute small repairs. (tickets & maintenance program).
Prepare, distribute and follow up work permits and notifications.
Day hours - fulltime role
Profil
You have an A2 degree with technical orientation (HVAC or refrigeration techniques )
An experience in a similar function is a plus
A Bachelor Electromechanics option air conditioning is also considered
You have strong written and oral communication skills (in Dutch and English).
You pick up the phone easily, to maintain the necessary contacts orally and personally.
You can work in a department where quality is a high priority (GMP and ISO).
You provide accurate documentation and you are precise and have an eye for detail.
You are a planner at heart, have strong organizational skills and can work under time pressure (stress resistant)
You have an interest in asset management systems related to organizing the inspections.
You can deal with unexpected situations in a changing environment.
Your ability to prioritize, problem solving and analytical thinking characterize you.
You can work constructively with different departments to achieve a common goal.
You have a VCA certificate or are willing to obtain one.
