Robert Half is searching for a self-motivated Office Manager who is eager to start their career within the professional office setting! Our client based in the South Metro has a long-term contract opening for an Office Manager to start immediately. The Office Manager will play an important part in assuring the company's daily operations run smoothly. If you have strong attention to detail skills and have the ability to multitask we would love to hear from you! Job responsibilities include:
Providing sales and customer support to account managers
Entering in orders into erp system
Customer relationship mangement over the phone and email
Weekly marketing and supply chain support via email blasts and report creation
Requirements
Proficient in a Microsoft Suite environment using Excel and Microsoft Word
Prior CRM or ERP experience is desired but not required
A minimum of 1-3 years of professional office experience
Ability to compile data and pull reports
Multi tasking skills are key
