JOB REQUIREMENTS: Provide customer service by greeting and assisting
customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints. Direct
and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling
cash receipts, or in performing services for customers. Monitor sales
activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and
quality goods. Assign employees to specific duties. Enforce safety,
health, and security rules. Effectively manage shifts to ensure a
high-quality car wash, and exceptional guest service. High energy
self-starting individual with ability to balance multiple tasks and
priorities. Proficiency in MS office applications (excel, word, outlook,
internet). Willing to learn computer applications for industrial carwash
machines. Prior carwash experience and knowledge preferred. *****
OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: One year management, previous
customer service, team lead experience or associate degree in related
field or any combination preferred. Previous management experience
preferred. Valid driver\'s license and must be willing to undergo a
