program. The Excellerate Resident Engineer (ERE) equips production and
manufacturing teams with direct engineering support capable of issue
resolution, identifying opportunities for innovation/process
enhancement, and streamlining communication channels between facility
personnel and engineering resources. Internal customers include
Preproduction Managers, Project Managers (PMs), Technical Product
Managers (TPMs), Engineering Project teams, and Procurement agents,
among others. Metrics of success include (but are not limited to)
reduction of facility labor hours via process improvement, reduction of
non-primary time for fabricators/manufacturers, tracking and
dissemination of lessons learned, and upstream knowledge flow of
means-and-methods and standard manufacturing processes. MINIMUM
REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or
Education: Bachelors Degree in Architectural Engineering - Electrical or
Education: Associate Degree in Electrical Technology Experience: 4 years
of progressive electrical engineering related Travel: Work Schedule: KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepares and studies technical drawings, and
electrical specifications to ensure that installations and designs
conform to standards and customer requirements. * Conducts field
surveys and studies diagram and other data to identify and correct power
system problems. * Operates computer-assisted engineering and design
software and equipment to perform engineering tasks. * Performs
detailed calculations to compute and establish construction standards
and specifications, with direction from an upper-level Engineer. *
Plans layout of electrical construction projects with direction from an
upper level Engineer. * Performs other related duties as required and
