Responsible for networking with cloud platforms/SaaS solutions Involved
in incident response planning Perform advanced level design,
configuration, testing and troubleshooting of IP WAN/LAN networks
Configure layer two topologies by means of VLANs, VLAN trunking and
spanning tree segments Construct and implements proper firewall ACL and
NAT rules Manage enterprise class wireless access point fleet Use
network tools to analyze and optimize performance of the network Provide
a robust and secure client VPN solution Handle advanced unified
communications design, configuration, and troubleshooting Maintain
various ISP, telecommunications, hardware, and software vendor
relationships Research and propose new technologies that improve upon
current systems and security Responsible for proper DHCP and
internal/external DNS configuration Create and maintain infrastructure

QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications WHAT YOU BRING Associate\'s degree in
computer networking from an accredited college preferred 5 years of
network, and systems experience 2 years advanced troubleshooting
experience Extensive knowledge of Cisco Meraki switches, FortiGate
Firewalls, NG firewalls and Forti manager FortiGate SD-WAN experience
VPN setup and troubleshooting experience is required, FortiClient
preferred Virtual networking infrastructure experience, Nutanix and
Hyper-V preferred Proficient with DNS and web filters Proficiency in
task automation and basic programming Proficiency with operating
systems, Windows Server, Windows 10/11 Extensive knowledge of Microsoft
Teams administration including direct routing/PSTN configurations
Effectively collaborate, influence, and build relationships at all
levels in the organization, as well as across group lines Strong
communication and project management skills Ability to work well under
pressure Demonstrate sense of urgency and service orientation
Comfortable working closely with all levels of the organization Eager to
learn, open to feedback, and takes ownership of work Demonstrate
