day one Purpose Statement: Site expert in the area of Warehousing and
Inventory Control and provides effective supervision of assigned
inventory control team and processes to meet functional department and
customer requirements. Key Job Accountabilities: Responsible for
managing a high level of inventory accuracy for the manufacturing site,
ensure schedules are met. Inventory handlers in all areas of
responsibility are efficient and effective, and meet SOP, WI, site, and
corporate requirements. Responsible for maintaining acceptable warehouse
metrics in areas assigned. Lead the identification and propagation of
best practices being shared across regions. Supervise assigned team in
the delivery of effective day-to-day operations. Build individual and
team capability through the completion of performance assessments,
employee development plans and training. Responsible to exemplify and
hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values.
Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning,
and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching
required to realize their full potential. Education/Experience
Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree with a minimum of 3 years of
experience in the related field Other Qualifications: Intermediate
computer skills. Excellent decision making, problem solving skills.
