Culinary Content Project Manager and Recipe DeveloperCulinary Content Project Manager and Recipe DeveloperThe role will be executing and owning projects that relate to our recipe, photo, and video content that reaches our consumers. This position will collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop content and serve as the production coordinator to execute these projects with a team of culinary professionals. This position will foster creativity, drive culinary advancements, meet business strategies, and contribute to the evolving landscape of food content.Recipe and Content DevelopmentCulinary expert on recipe development.Create quarterly culinary content strategy brief that will be utilized across cross-functional partners to align content creation - marketing, brand marketing, media agencies, and corporate communications.Develophigh quality recipesand menu conceptsto meet defined objectivesforvarious business needs.Manage recipe development process with members of the Culinary Center team to develop, test and ensure recipes are clear, concise and accurate.Make decisions on recipe s t yle to reflect changes in kitchen practices and equipment.Create a variety of food content includingwritten articles,photography,and videos.Conduct taste panel and incorporate feedback into finalized recipes.Culinary Project ManagementCoordination, execution, and production of photo and video shoots-- including scheduling food stylist, photographer/videographer, props, groceries, etc.Culinary expert on food photography.Enforce accurate product representation and appetite appeal in food photography.General Brand Support and TrendsT rend and competitive product tracking.Understand brand strategies and how food content can meet business objectives.Develop industry connections, monitor industry trends and events, and understand how these may impact the business.Brainstorm, research, collaborate and help solve challenges with theculinaryteam.Research trends and create presentations that inform and influence.Remainup to dateon industry, menu and food trends and translate findings into actionable insights.Collaboration and Culinary Center ContributionsActively contribute to a collaborativedepartment culture.Manage technicians and on-calls to execute projects.Maintain strong relationships across business functions to ensure open communication,teamwork,and strong partnerships.General Culinary Center projects as assigned.Job Requirements5 years' experience in culinary field, including but not limited to recipe development, photography and videography.4 year college degree.Ability to workin afast-pacedenvironment with competingpriorities.Creative mindset and open to new ideas.Attention to details.Excellent written and verbal skills.Advanced computer skills in programs such asPowerPoint, excel and design programs.Demonstrate a true passion for cooking,foodand flavors.Demonstrate a strong background in culinary techniques, cooking methods a nd food safety.The ability and desire to taste, critique and provide honest feedback on a variety of foodservice and retail products,recipesand ingredients throughout the workday.About Land O'Lakes, Inc.Join us and be part of a Fortune 250, farmer- and member-owned cooperative that is reimagining the business of food.
