How will you make an impact in this role?

The Enterprise Digital & Data Solutions (EDDS) organization powers the world's best customer experiences and revenue growth through innovative data, digital and marketing products, and solutions. Enterprise Portfolio and Program Management (EPPM) is a team within EDDS responsible for leading multi-year strategic programs that cut across multiple product teams as well as accelerating strategic alignment and planning across Enterprise Centers of Excellence (COE) and Technology to elevate transparency and drive business and customer outcomes.

As Director Digital Product Operations, you will be responsible for enabling the delivery of world class, customer-centric digital products and platforms via a centralized planning platform and process, facilitating teams across the Enterprise. This Director serves as Portfolio Leader unifying the COEs and Technology teams for the Enterprise Data Governance & Platforms team. You are responsible for accelerating strategic alignment and planning focused on driving business and customer value, enabling transformational change while connecting enterprise teams and optimizing processes and delivery.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a skillful communicator who enjoys a fast-paced environment , operates cross-functionally , has a strong aptitude for process innovation and influences key stakeholders into action – all while maintaining a positive attitude and sense of humor in the face of challenges.

This role reports into the VP of EPPM Portfolio and Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & coordinate product portfolio planning across 11 Enterprise Data Governance & Platforms product delivery teams, engineering, and business stakeholders ensuring capacity is aligned to highest priority outcomes. Manage approximately 250 epics to support enterprise delivery of software products

  • Drive process improvements for operational efficiency and effectiveness, accelerating value delivery to the Enterprise and our customers

  • Identify opportunities to drive a culture of design thinking, continuous innovation, and discovery within the product delivery lifecycle while elevating customer journeys

  • Create and deliver executive-level and stakeholder communications , elevating the product teams unified messages to drive decisions and accelerate agile decision making

  • Foster cross platform Lean Portfolio Management practices with increased alignment across business unit teams

  • Lead diverse, inclusive, and geographically dispersed team of 3 direct reports, inspiring employee engagement, retention, progression, and performance management

  • Support the roll out of Value Co-creation (VCC) for EDDS Product teams by facilitating planning meetings for VCC Product leads, bring in the right stakeholder teams, ensuring that they develop/create the artifacts as part of Pre-Discovery (e.g. Product Requirements Document), and storing the artifacts in the central repository system of record

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven ability to analyze complex processes to find and drive innovative solutions 

  • Proven ability to lead, influence and motivate organization(s) within your direct authority as well as outside of your direct authority to achieve aggressive goals

  • Have excellent interpersonal, strong written, and verbal communication skills, focusing on key messages and actions

  • The ability to bring structure to ambiguous areas of opportunity and thrive in an unstructured, fast paced environment

  • Track record of success working across global markets, with both stakeholders & tech partners, managing complex products or initiatives across international markets

  • Proven experience building & leading diverse, geographically dispersed, high-performing teams, extensive experience & success as a leader of leaders

  • Knowledge of software product development in Enterprise Data Governance & Platforms is a plus

Qualifications

Salary Range: $150,000.00 to $225,000.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits
