In this role, your responsibilities include setting up and operating CNC and/or Manual ID grinding machines, ensuring precise and accurate grinding of components to meet our customers' rigorous quality standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our grinding processes and grow with our expanding company. Must Have:

2-3 years of CNC grinding experience

Able to adjust and edit programs based of production (Fanuc Controllers)

Blueprint reading

Balancing experience

Program writing

Tru Grind will also look at candidates who have 2-3 years of CNC and want to get into Grinding, as it is a niche skillset

5 years experience running CNC grinding machines

Ability to make adjustments (select wheels, balancing)

Read and use a blueprint

· Set up and operate CNC and/or manual ID grinding machines to produce precision components according to drawings and specifications

· Monitor machine operation to ensure quality standards are met and make necessary adjustments as needed.

· Inspect finished products for accuracy, conformance to specifications, and overall quality.

· Communicate with the leads and quality control teams to resolve any issues related to production or product quality.

· Work with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.

· Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Previous experience as a CNC and/or manual ID grinder

· Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.

· Fundamental understanding of basic math skills.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

· Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.

· Have an understanding of various tools and gages relevant to the industry.

· Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods during the workday.
