Responsibilities

  • Conduct cost accounting,revenuerecognition,sub-contractorfinancial management, forecasting,invoicepreparation, and review ODC, Labor, and Travel budgets against expenditures.
  • Compile and track budget requirements
  • Understand basic government contract structures, track,and manage contract mods and funding lines to coincide withthebudget and billing.
  • Monitor and report performance againstbudget and future road mapsto ensure that contractual cost andscheduleobjectives are met.
  • Responsible for ensuring the companycomplies withproper practices, policies, and procedureswithin theFAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations).
  • Supports the developmentofall budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations under the contract.
  • Track, Manage, and Report Expenditures to align with the customersODC Budget.
  • Monitor financial status by comparing data sets with projections.
  • Interact informally (phone/email) and formally (program/progress reviews) with stakeholders toprovideaclear picture of contract financial performance.
  • Brief theProgramManager and Customer leadership on current and future contract financialstatus.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years' related experience
  • Knowledge of government requirements and funding, including project tracking or reporting.
  • Ability to analyze information from across multiple databases and tools to provide accurate reporting and monthly deliverables.
  • Work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Outstanding communicationskills

Qualifications

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
  • Bachelor's degree is required. Can be substituted forAssociate'sdegree with 2+ years of relevant experience or 4 years relevant experience.

Schedule

  • Normal working schedule.
  • Flexibility for remote work. 2 days onsite, 3 days remote.
  • No travel required.
