The ideal candidate earns trust through providing support to the sales trainers, being reliable and organized, and looking around corners to ensure smooth execution of training events. The right candidate should demonstrate good business judgement and show a record of delivering results in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment.
We are looking for a high energy, collaborative Training Program Specialist to:
Key job responsibilities
• Schedule training events, reserve training rooms, order meals and supplies needed, and provide ongoing event support to the training team.
• Optimize the trainee’s experience through timely and helpful communications prior to, during or after the event
• Manage the training events using reliable project management techniques to ensure owners, deadlines, and dependencies are accurate
• Manage and curate online learning content in Amazon’s Learning Management System applying basic instructional design skills
• Provide timely and accurate updates to the sales trainers related to the training events through effective verbal and written communication skills
• Provide reports and dashboards to inform the broader AB Enablement team and business leaders about upcoming or completed events
• Support additional projects as time permits
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
3-5 years of experience supporting sales or adult education programs
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
Basic Instructional Design skills, e.g. Articulate 360, Adobe Suite, Vyond, Camtasia, iSpring
Proven experience demonstrating sound business judgment and a good team player

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $79,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $169,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
