Producer - Fox Sports

Are you passionate about sports and live broadcasting? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? We are currently recruiting a talented Producer to join our Fox Sports Production team to play a pivotal role in creating captivating sports content for our audiences.
In this role you will lead coverage of content across Netball, NRL & Cricket - delivering top quality broadcasts that generates emotional connection for subscribers and fans that keeps them on the edge of their seats!
Reporting to the Executive Producer, you will produce world class material that comfortably sits on Fox Sports Channels. You will balance the tone for content across multiple platforms ensuring the experience is entertaining, informative & editorially sound.

Your responsibilities:
Line Producing LIVE broadcasts and providing leadership and direction to all resources responsible for their execution.
Creation of engaging and appropriate Linear and Digital content, working to a specific brief or developing original concepts.
Meeting production schedule deadlines and budgets by securing appropriate facilities, crews and talent.
Liaising with Creative Producers and to direct, shoot and post-produce content as required.
Ensuring that editorial quality is maintained in the production of all programs and Digital content.
Ensuring that content is archived and indexed as required and production administration is completed.
Collaborating with editorial and commercial teams to improve content output and introduce new concepts and content ideas.
Your experience and capability:
4 years + experience in television production, with a focus on live sports broadcasting
Proven track record of line producing live events with attention to detail and accuracy
Solid experience managing all aspects of live broadcasts, from planning, editing and execution
Knowledge and passion for sports; Rugby league, Netball or Cricket highly desirable and an understanding of the game's intricacies and its fan base
Proficient use of Flex (or similar) and Avid or QCut non-linear editing systems
Solid understanding of OB technical systems (such as EVS x-file technology)
Understanding of multiple delivery platforms and emerging technologies
Excellent communication and organisational abilities, with the capacity to multitask and problem-solve effectively
Bachelor's degree in broadcasting, journalism, or a related field
