Roles & Responsibilities:
Work directly with Co-workers and Customer
Manage project status and tracking of elements, may be responsible for providing direction and delegation of work
Assist in PPAP activities to facilitate part qualification and introduction
Review processes and provide solutions and process recommendations
Drive improvements in all related manufacturing processes, including those related to products, equipment, and product quality for customers
Present work to customers at reviews and other meetings
Mostly Office Environments, Occasional Shop Floor involvement.

BS/AS in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
US Citizen required due to the nature of the work
1+ years hands on experience in manufacturing with various processes such as turning, 3-5 axis milling, grinding, broaching, special processes, and sheet metal/fabrications recommended
Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T standards (ASME Y 14.5) recommended
Knowledgeable in methods of inspection & gaging concepts recommended

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
Combination of Shop Floor and Office environment
Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.
Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.
Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.
Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9AM to 4PM
Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.
