Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:
Developing local marketing plans, in line with Xylem’s MET and local business plans and strategy and the local market environment, to promote Xylem and our products, services and achieve the desired marketing objectives.
Partnering with the Sales and Business Development teams to develop and execute on marketing initiatives.
Planning, developing and managing the marketing budget across this region
Coordinate marketing initiatives in cooperation with other internal stakeholders, product management, sales and technical departments.
Managing Public Relations and Public Affairs activities.
Manage all marketing initiatives and tools required to implement the marketing plan.
Support the smooth organization of trade fairs, conferences, customer and distributor events, Xylem factory visits, seminars, etc.
Responsible for internal communication
Provide translations for social media content and advertising posts to ensure accurate and culturally relevant communication.
Oversee and manage digital marketing campaigns, ensuring effective reach and engagement.
Handle all aspects of marketing collaterals, including print materials, brochures, and roll-ups.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools.
Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
Minimum 8 years relevant experience working
Fluent in oral and written English and Turkish
