Experienced Carpenter needed for constructing Boat Houses, Docks and Wood Retaining Walls
Key Responsibilities:
Construction:Builds new docks, boathouses and other waterfront structures
Repair and Restoration:
Repairs and restores existing structures, addressing damage from weather, water, and general wear and tear.
Installation:I
nstalls pilings, decking, railings, and other components of docks and retaining walls, ensuring proper alignment and stability.
Skills and Qualifications:
Carpentry Skills:Proficiency in carpentry techniques, including measuring, cutting, assembling, and finishing wood and other materials.
TOOLS:Must have own tools to include; hammer, tape measure, level, wrenches, power tools etc.
Reading Plans:Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
Problem-Solving:Strong problem-solving skills to address unexpected issues during construction.
Teamwork:Ability to work effectively as part of a construction team.
Physical Stamina:Able to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather in and around water

Drug Free Work Environment: Must be willing to take and pass a drug test
Valid Drivers License:Reliable Transportation
Age and Experience: Must be 21 an have a year of carpentry experience
