Description
The Facilities Team Leader will perform the lead role in preventive and corrective maintenance tasks of facility equipment/systems, utility systems, and/or production suites, and ensures the systems operate within designed parameters. Area specific work orders will be scheduled in conjunction with all operations activities. Under minimal supervision this position is seen as a Specialist, responsible for administering, coordinating, & conducting Work Orders, Job Plan processes, and parts acquisitions for one or more Athens Site operations. This Coordinator will serve as a frontline representative for the Maintenance organization and is knowledgeable in the job plan and work order processes and their linkage to the Computerized Maintenance Management System. Position will be on second shift (2:30pm - 11:00pm) Sunday through Thursday.

Duties & Responsibilities
Act as liaison between group Managers, System Supervisors, Quality Assurance team members, engineers, and maintenance personnel in matters regarding the Work Order and Job Plan processes
Review work scope, rationale, approvals, changes to appropriate equipment/systems and re-qualification activities. Contact parties involved for clarification, as necessary
Schedule regular Work Order processing meetings to facilitate the timely and orderly flow of Work Orders
Review CMMS Work Order and Job Plan completion documentation, attachments, signatures, and dates and communicate with appropriate parties to seek clarification/completion, as necessary
Coordination of CMMS PM Review for accuracy and record changes with Scheduler
Maintain Work Order documentation of all maintenance, repairs and modifications to assigned physical equipment, system, and facilities using the procedures specified in the work order SOP
Job plan processing – email notification, follow-up, securing signatures on documents. Update CMMS job plan records
Produce and distribute regular and custom reports as requested or required to provide records of Work Order and Job Plan activity and other CMMS information necessary to manage operations
Demonstrate a visible & tangible commitment to HSE, Lean Principles, and the BI Vision in all work related activities
In addition to the above, other assigned duties & projects deemed appropriate within the position scope
Arrange for and schedule contract support as needed to complete corrective and preventative tasks.
Participate on Operations project teams.
Develop and maintain business processes related to job function.
Coordinate repairs and spare parts acquisition with vendors.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Eight-plus (8+) years of a combination of education, training, and experience with Utilities (HVAC, Chillers, Boilers, Water Systems, Compressed Air) equipment
Functional, product and systems knowledge

Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings
