The Account Executive is responsible for supporting Equifax's partnership opportunities as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Data Driven Marketing products and services. The AE is also responsible for uncovering the client's business problem and developing customized solutions to solve their needs with Equifax products.
What You'll Do
Function as a trusted advisor and Data Driven Marketing domain expert for sales activities within covered accounts, particularly focused on highly complex configurable and custom solutions.
Leverage deep knowledge of Data Driven Marketing solutions and capabilities to prescribe solutions to address market segments and data trends
Identify critical dependencies and gaps, offering recommendations on resolution, and escalations as needed on behalf of the client
Collaborate with cross functional teams, including Enterprise Alliances, client success, and other SME's, to develop a compelling value proposition based on input from the client
Create and deliver customer presentations that effectively translate a concept or idea into a viable solution for the client throughout the sales cycle
Present and promote use case for which Data Driven Marketing solutions are uniquely suited to offer the customer added value and competitive advantage across the markets they serve
Partner and collaborate with other pre-sales and sales resources to have the right conversations at the right time with customers
Develop solution proposals and drive negotiations for Data Driven Marketing solutions
Mentor enterprise sellers, transferring knowledge so they are better enabled to identify/qualify opportunities for Equifax Data Driven Marketing solutions
Demonstrate expertise in competitor knowledge to drive competitive strategies and market-leading positioning
Conduct discovery meetings to collect business requirements during the sales cycle
Partner with customer success managers on expansion and renewals as needed, providing both guidance and mentorship
Leverage the differentiated data sets within DDM to create a marketing solution in both digital and non-digital channels
Collaborate with extended sales team to maintain consistent update of opportunities in Salesforce
Act as a sales team liaison with Equifax COEs, including, Operations, Technology, Pricing, Client Deal Team, Legal/Compliance, Security, and Product Management, to ensure all details relative to client engagements are identified, documented, and accounted for to facilitate successful execution
Strategize with enterprise sales team on objectives of client meetings and understand how this activity relates to overall sales strategy
Actively participate in DDM strategic initiatives focused on delivering near and long-term growth for the business
Supporting the enterprise sales team in the areas of forecasting, providing updates and prioritization on initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve, and socialize at the appropriate level
Travel as needed, 40 - 50% on average
What Experience You Need
Minimum Bachelor's in related field, or equivalent training and experience.
Minimum 7 years in data license, analytics platform, and/or marketing data sales experience
Expert problem solver, particularly in the development of new and intricate solutions
Experience with data deployment and onboarding
Background in designing and solutioning credit marketing offerings to indirect and direct clients
Understands and has experience with identity resolution in a digital and GLB use case
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey in client meetings
Experience navigating a highly matrixed environment
Ability to manage multiple clients/project simultaneously
Experience in data, technology, or analytics preferred
Demonstrates expertise in design of data solutions for targeted industries (marketing, risk, identity, credit, data licensing)

Equifax is requi ed by law to include a good-faith salary range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $109,000 to $141,000. This position is also eligible for our incentive compensation program.
