Job Summary

The Associate Experience Program Manager is responsible for overseeing strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the workplace experience for associates. This role encompasses facilities management, security measures, technology integrations, and associate satisfaction programs. The Program Manager will work cross-functionally with office managers, stakeholders, and technology teams to ensure seamless operations and an optimal work environment for associates. This position requires expertise in program management, change management, and stakeholder engagement to drive initiatives that improve workplace functionality and efficiency.

Location: The role is remote, but the ideal candidate will reside in the Atlanta, GA area or be willing to work Eastern time zone hours.

Travel: Travel will be required with this role and could be up to 50% depending on business need and candidate location.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

General:

  • Define and manage program goals and objectives

  • Coordinate multiple projects and teams

  • Identify risks and mitigation strategies

  • Develop program roadmaps and execution plans

Facilities & Workplace Experience

  • Oversee workspace optimization and space utilization

  • Ensure meeting room technology functions properly and supports hybrid work environments

  • Collaborate with office managers to align workspace design with associate needs

  • Work with stakeholders to improve the overall associate experience in the workplace

Technology & Security

  • Partner with IT teams to ensure workplace technology solutions align with security policies

  • Implement and improve technology-driven feedback loops for associates

  • Drive security initiatives to enhance safety for associates

  • Ensure compliance with security and workplace safety standards

Communication & Change Management

  • Develop and execute communication plans for facility changes and technology rollouts

  • Work with HR and leadership teams to gather associate feedback and drive continuous improvement

  • Ensure program goals align with broader company objectives for workplace enhancement

  • Track progress, report updates to leadership, and measure program success

Skills and Minimum Experience Required

  • Bachelor's in Business, Operations, or a related field or relevant certifications or work experience

  • 3-5+ years of experience in program management, workplace experience, or operations

  • Experience managing facilities, technology deployments, or workplace experience initiatives

  • Knowledge of change management methodologies

  • Familiarity with workplace technology, security protocols, and associate feedback mechanisms

  • Must be willing to work Eastern time zone hours and travel up to 50%

The range for this position is $64,300.00 to $115,700.00. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location.
