CTG is seeking to fill a Business Analyst ADM opening for our client.
Location: Atlanta, GA or Raleigh, NC
Duration: 12 months
Duties:
Serve as a liaison between business and IT teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
Assess IT governance frameworks and risk management practices, including FFIEC, ITIL, and COBIT, to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational objectives.
Monitor compliance activities and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Conduct data collection, analysis, and reporting using tools such as Tableau, MS SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Archer.
Develop and track key metrics to measure business performance and process efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and implement solutions that enhance operational effectiveness.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks and risk management practices (e.g., FFIEC, ITIL, COBIT).
Experience in compliance monitoring and regulatory adherence.
Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools.
Expertise in data collection and reporting using Tableau, MS SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Archer.
Ability to define, track, and interpret business and operational metrics.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic and analytical mindset.
Experience:
10+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in IT governance, risk management, or compliance-related projects.
Proven experience working with enterprise-level reporting and data visualization tools.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
