Your Impact at Lowe Engineers:

• Perform daily site visits to verify ongoing contractor tasks, jobsite conditions.
• Prepare progress reports (daily, weekly and monthly summaries) with progress photos to document overall job progress and to keep the Owner and other stake-holders appraised of the Work.
• Perform periodic quality control inspections of ongoing construction activities to ensure compliance with the Construction Documents.
• Coordinate this effort with the design team and/or outside consultants where needed.
• Process contractors monthly application for Payment.
• Compile / manage lists for distribution.
• Field inspect service requests
• Create work orders
• Coordinate between utilities, contractor, residents and other stake-holders
• Communicate via text, email, phone, etc

*What You Bring to Lowe Engineers: *

4-year engineering or construction management degree

Minimum 1 year experience managing construction projects.
