The role leads financial management for the global Innovation and Partnerships team. This Director will collaborate with executive leadership to develop financial strategies and analytics to enable business decision making. This Director leads the long-term planning, forecasting, budgeting and financial analytics for the Real Time Payments business. The position involves deriving important insights and effectively communicating with senior finance leaders and executive management. The ideal candidate will have a deep expertise in financial business analysis, preferably with a public company, and demonstrated experience collaborating with various functions.Essential Functions:Strategic Advice and Partnership:Partner with business to develop long term financial plansDevelop and present strategic insights about the businessAlign functional and regional goals and strategies to broader global initiativesFinancial Management:Drive Revenue forecasting models, analyze trends and surface opportunitiesLeverage insights and analysis to enable management decision makingInterpret and present key findings for senior leadership audienceUnderstand business drivers and recommend measures to further improve resultsEstablish efficient processes and standards for financial tools and modelsProject Management:Spearhead ad-hoc projects to further improve the overall performance of the team and organization(s)Decision support to senior finance leadership on investment / project decisions as well as strategic organizational and functional developmentsProvide thought leadership and guidance over core processes building efficiencies and streamlining deliverablesThis is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:10 years experience with a Bachelor's Degree, 8 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications:12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhDBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering or relevant technical field5-7 years of relevant experience in a well-disciplined organization where best practices are integral to the management of the businessProactive, strategic thinker supported by Strong analytical and project management skillsSuperior problem identification and solving skills with ability to communicate effectively with executive managementMust be detail oriented to ensure accuracy and quality of outputAbility to work...
