Position Overview
As a Healthcare Recruiter , you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals in various roles within our organization. T his hybrid position allows for a flexible work environment with a mix of remote and in-office responsibilities, based out of Atlanta, GA. The candidate must live in Atlanta metro area.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract high-quality healthcare professionals.
Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach via passive recruiting.
Conduct initial screenings , interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
Manage the full recruitment cycle , from job posting to onboarding.
Maintain an up-to-date applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular recruitment reports.
Stay informed about healthcare industry trends , licensing requirements, and talent acquisition best practices.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates , industry partners, and professional organizations.
Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years in healthcare recruitment required.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, credentials, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions.
