Key Responsibilities:

The HR Business Advisor in Insights & Data is a strategic role for one of the fastest growing global business lines of Capgemini. You will closely collaborate and align with the Group People agenda & I&D NA, strategic growth to design and complete people strategies to become the employer of choice.

As the HR Business Advisor, you would be responsible to drive engagement and retain our talent by:

• Attract- building a reputation of being the employer of choice and creating an enhanced candidate and onboarding experience to attract the right talent

• Nurture- building an environment to learn & innovate, thrive and contribute towards a community of Data & AI peers to build partnerships and sharing knowledge, across Capgemini and with clients.

• Upskill& Grow- investing in the growth of our people by connecting their ambitions with the needs of our clients by creating opportunities and new challenges through mobility, career paths, promotions, learning experiences etc

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to manage the HR function for a workforce of 1,000 to 1,500 employees.

• Strong strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to guide decision-making.

• Capable of influencing organizational change and driving the adoption of new ways of working.

• Comprehensive knowledge of all HR functions, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits and talent development.

• In-depth understanding of labor laws and relevant employment legislation.

• Exceptional leadership qualities with a focus on team development and employee engagement.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving challenges.

• An MBA in Human Resources Management or a SPHR certification is highly advantageous.
