CCI Information Technology (IT) Business Manager in Atlanta, Georgia

This role is responsible for overseeing the business operations functions of the City of Atlanta's information technology (IT) department. Duties at this level include but are not limited to assisting the departments Chief of Staff and leadership with planning and executing professional tasks in the areas of strategic IT workforce planning, operational performance management, human resources, continuous improvement, and arranging IT training, upskilling, and professional development for the staff. This is experienced, professional should be capable of carrying out most assignments typical of the profession with limited guidance or review.

  • Ability to comprehend and apply regulations and procedures of the department; and ability to perform duties under a moderate degree of stress related to duties that require constant attention to details and tight deadlines.
  • Bachelors degree in business/public administration, finance, accounting, or related field. 5 years of finance or budgeting experience is required
