Our transportation specialists plan, design, and help maintain and construct our nation's most valued infrastructure assets by providing solutions for public and private transportation owners, agencies and authorities in more than 16 states.YOUR IMPACTThe Key Account Manager (KAM) is the full-time Client Advocate for a group of assigned tier clients and has ultimate responsibility for ensuring that the clients are elated and that we grow each account to the maximum extent possible. The objective is to grow the account deeper for the services we currently offer and more broadly within the client's organization so as to expand the services we provide the client. This position will be responsible for all aspects of their assigned accounts, including establishing well-developed account plans and strategies to achieve short and long-term growth, achieving annual bookings targets, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. REQUIREMENTSBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related relevant field is required.Minimum of 10 years of experience in progressive rolesTransportation experience is requiredExperience working & building relationships with Georgia DOT requiredExperience working & building relationships with cities and counties in Georgia preferredMust be an articulate and persuasive communicator, both one-on-one and in front of large groupsA high energy, passionate, results-oriented, team player and resourceful leaderCollaborative and highly skillful at building and maintaining effective working relationships throughout the organizationStrong ability to resolve matters timely and lead initiatives/projects to completion with a sense of urgencyAbility to inspire, motivate, build, and manage relationships across the enterprise, and influence decisions from the top down and bottom upTrustworthy with the ability to handle confidential matters and sensitive information or situations with discretionStrong analytical skills, ability to see patterns, be a fast learner/thinker and a good decision makerAbility to work independently, exercise initiative and sound judgement.
