U.S. Bank seeks Lead Backend Microservice Applications Engineer (multiple positions) to design, develop, test, and maintain backend microservice applications developed as Spring Boot based RESTful web services and GraphQL APIs written in Java. Maintain Enterprise backend APIs providing Customer Accounts, Customer Profile, and related data, including Customer Address, Email, Phone, and Language preferences to Mobile and Web platforms teams. Reduce Mainframe footprint and migrate the backend microservice applications. Create architecture diagrams, design implementation approaches, and retrofit into U.S. Banks technology ecosystem. Ensure development of new features. Maintain Deposits Servicing backend platform providing business capabilities to support deposits products, accounts, interest rates, tiers, customer groups, transactions, and rewards programs on checking and savings accounts.
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, and 5 years of progressively responsible experience in a Software Developer, or related, occupation. Must include 5 years of experience with each of the following:
1.
Write and develop unit and integration testing software.
2.
Diagnose, isolate, and debug software problems, including problem resolution.
3.
Java, J2EE, Junit, Spring Batch, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Mockito, IntelliJ, Eclipse, Maven, and Jenkins.
4.
Github, Gradle, and SOAP.
5.
Drone, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Teams may work from home and the office.
Job Location: Atlanta, GA
Pay Range: $149,760- $186,500.
