As a member of the Field Marketing & Partnerships Team, this candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of field marketing programs in local communities, inclusive of partnerships and media.
This full-time position reports to the Sr. Director, Field Marketing & Partnerships and sits within the Brand Marketing & Advertising group on the Buffalo Wild Wings marketing team. The role can either be located at the Inspire Brands Global Support Center in Atlanta, GA, or be fully remote.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with brand management, operations, and field marketing team to identify priority programs for development
Lead end to end development of program ideas, toolkits, training, creative materials, and priority media channels in partnership with agency and internal stakeholders
Develop tiering plan for implementation of programs in appropriate markets, including budget considerations, measurement, and optimization framework.
Oversight of company field marketing programs budget, inclusive of measurement and optimization of investment
Lead communication plans for launch of new programs, including partnership with PR team as appropriate
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years in field marketing
Experienced in developing and implementing field marketing programs in local communities, inclusive of partnerships and media.
Experience in leading people

Experience in partnering with alcohol brands on programs and promotions
