Our client, a global leader in high-performance epoxy manufacturing, is looking for a Production Planner to join their team!
Type of Job: Direct hire
Pay range: $52k-$60k
Responsibilities:
Analyze customer demands and generate work tickets that optimize batch sizes while meeting shipping deadlines to ensure goals are met.
Create and manage production work tickets to meet customer delivery commitments.
Regularly review bulk inventory, at times doing a physical cycle count, to ensure alignment with production requirements for mix and fill work tickets.
Review and post completed production work tickets)
Collaborate with internal teams to gather data and incorporate materials, inventories, resources and delivery schedules into production plans.
Support ongoing projects to ensure timely execution and completion.
Requirements
Associates Degree or higher strongly preferred.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in production scheduling or similar role in manufacturing environment required.
Chemical Manufacturing experience preferred.
High attention to detail and analytical skills
Experience with ERP software
