Position Purpose:
The Offline A&O Media Specialist will manage and activate Bronze/Longtail tier Prospecting Email and Direct Mail campaigns. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end campaign process, including asset collection and review from cross-functional partners, submitting materials via Workfront to internal and external creative teams, and coordinating directly with suppliers for feedback, and approvals. Given the high campaign volume, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, ensuring deadlines are met and workflows run smoothly. You will utilize multiple platforms, including Salesforce, PIO, Workfront, and Smartsheets. Additionally, you will lead quarterly training sessions with your Offline team associates to educate cross-functional partners on our processes and offerings, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
45% Campaign Management - Manage some components of digital media campaigns directly, including bidding, targeting, ad creation, analysis and reporting, etc. Support test & learn agendas
40% Paid Media Management - Support omni-channel paid media planning, buying and reporting for all programs and campaigns
15% Stakeholder Management - Organizational Alignment/Relationships; Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including media and platform partners, agencies, etc. Document an utilize best practices

Travel Requirements:
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Previous experience working with large established digital properties and platforms (Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and experience with newer or niche properties a major plus
1+ years of experience actively managing and implementing large Paid Digital budgets at an agency and/or large retailer
Previous experience with retail websites and analytics
Solid understanding of technical pieces of digital marketing such as website analytics, audiences, data feeds, tracking codes, etc.
Presentation and writing skills
