Honeywell Regional GM - P3 & Fed US in Atlanta, Georgia

As a Honeywell Building Solutions Regional General Manager for Services here at Honeywell, you will take full Group management responsibility for the development and growth of our Services business within Public, Private, Partnerships (P3) & Federal Government (Fed) sites in our US region. You will effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders across the organization. In this high impact role, you will work autonomously as a senior member of our leadership team to achieve organizational objectives. You will assist in the development of medium to long term planning: Annual Operation Plan (AOP) and Strategic Planning (STRAP). This role will interact with all Regional & Global SBG/SBU leaders as well as customers, suppliers, and relevant government officials. You will report directly to our VPGM Services Americas. In this role, you will impact the growth and success of Honeywell by achieving business objectives, formulating growth strategies, driving innovation, and leading a high-performing team. You will also have the opportunity to engage closely with our Integrated team to implement strong processes and better serve our customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the regional P&L for the U.S. P3 & Fed Site Services business and deliver on top line revenue and EBITDA.

  • Focus on building a robust management operating system that establishes efficient processes and enhances operational productivity, cost management, and profitability.

  • Ensures the business is resourced properly across the region and that sharing and collaboration across Districts.

  • Support Offering Management to define branding and market penetration strategies for the region and to enhance market demand of offerings.

  • Define and execute Services business roadmap to serve the unique needs of the U.S. P3 & Fed customers in a differentiated way.

  • Drive operations, sourcing, and finance functions to a common vision and deliver best-in-class performance on-time delivery, quality, and service that exceed customer expectations.

  • Attract and develop a top talent pool that drives the growth of this business.

  • Drive effective Capital Allocation strategy that supports the regional business growth targets.

  • Drive compliance and forecast quality.

  • Avoid contractual penalties.

  • Lower the cost of legal fees and internal cost through effective contract administration.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 9+ years’ leadership experience in the building services, industrial services, Facility Management or similar industries.

  • Experience in a leadership role either as a Sales Leader or General Manager. • Proven track record in delivering growth and financial performance for an independent line of business.

  • Demonstrate a successor and business/sales leader succession and development plan and execution. • Strong Financial knowledge on BS, P&L, Cash Flow, Working Capital mechanics.

  • Can demonstrate how to deploy and run a Financial Pulse MOS, as well as a Sales MOS.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor or MBA preferred.

  • P3 or long-term infrastructure contract Industry experience, highly desired.

  • Extensive management experience with P&L accountability.

  • Strong sales, branch management, and operations experience.
