As with any medical procedure, individual results may vary. The Regional Interventional Urology Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining professional relationships with KOLs and effectively communicate UroLift's value proposition to all stakeholders throughout a defined Regional geography. This position partners with cross-functional teams to communicate current market conditions and develop accounts to adopt the UroLift System. This position requires thorough knowledge of the urology field and the ability to launch disruptive technologies in the urology space. There will require a strong partnership with the assigned Regional Business Manager to include collaboration with other functions, including Market Development, Strategic Accounts, Reimbursement, Corporate Marketing, Field Training Manager, and other Urology Consultant Team Members. This position supports the customer during surgical procedures and is also responsible for any follow-up, support, troubleshooting, customer service and education as requested or required. In addition, the candidate for this role must posses a desire to have a personalized developmental plan to progress towards a Urology Consultant or Market Development Manager position and/or mentor other Interventional Urology Associates on selling skills, territory management, and other projects as assigned by the Regional Business Manager.
