Car Wash US, a part of Driven Brands, is looking for a highly skilled Regional Maintenance Manager to lead our field technician team in CO/UT. As the Regional Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for managing all installation, repair and upkeep operations of our company’s facilities.

· HS diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree or above preferred
· Ability to travel 50%

· Identify and execute capital improvements to sites and equipment
· Maintain sites and machinery to function as designed
· Conduct regular inspections of facilities to detect and resolve problems
· Plan and manage all repair and installation activities to be completed within deadlines
· Ensure all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures
· Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates
· Document and prepare progress reports for performance vs budget and productivity of maintenance tech team
· Oversee equipment stock and place orders for new supplies when necessary
