United by our ICARE shared principles, McKesson's 80,000 employees work together every day to make better care possible around the globe - one product, one partner, one patient at a time.Key ResponsibilitiesGuides and coaches multiple Scrum Teamsutilizing Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers.Drives team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques.Responsible for ensuring the Scrum process is understood and the team adheres to Agile theory, practice, and guidelines.Coaches the Scrum teams in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge and communicates effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum team.Works with Scrum Teams, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams.Identifies and resolves and/or escalates roadblocks, issues, and conflicts within the team in a timely fashion.
