POSTION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
An opportunity has arisen in the HW and Services Engineering team for a Senior Program Analyst to work on high visibility programs and improvement initiatives across the company.
We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and tenacious individual educated to degree level in a relevant discipline or equally with work experience in Project and Program Management.
As a Program Analyst, the successful individual will be responsible for leading and process improvement within a Project environment aimed at delivering provide exceptional business value to Customers and NCR.
This individual will be involved in several concurrent high visibility projects, working in a fast-paced environment that may cross multiple NCR Atleos business divisions and requires working alongside Senior stakeholders.
Essential Job Requirements:
Project Planning, Analytics, Dashboards, Cross functional engagement, Process adherence and teamwork.
Lead and own
Basic Qualifications:
Educated to degree level. Higher qualification an advantage but not essential.
5-7+ years of experience in Project Management and Analytics background. PMP and Six Sigma preferred.
Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level projects preferred.
Skills Required:
Proficient in Excel and Office tools. Microsoft Project, Visio, and other reporting tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.
Strong knowledge and understanding of business need with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence.
Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level.
