POSTION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

An opportunity has arisen in the HW and Services Engineering team for a Senior Program Analyst to work on high visibility programs and improvement initiatives across the company.

We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and tenacious individual educated to degree level in a relevant discipline or equally with work experience in Project and Program Management.

As a Program Analyst, the successful individual will be responsible for leading and process improvement within a Project environment aimed at delivering provide exceptional business value to Customers and NCR.

This individual will be involved in several concurrent high visibility projects, working in a fast-paced environment that may cross multiple NCR Atleos business divisions and requires working alongside Senior stakeholders.

Essential Job Requirements:

  • Project Planning, Analytics, Dashboards, Cross functional engagement, Process adherence and teamwork.

  • Lead and own

Basic Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level. Higher qualification an advantage but not essential.

  • 5-7+ years of experience in Project Management and Analytics background. PMP and Six Sigma preferred.

  • Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level projects preferred.

Skills Required:

  • Proficient in Excel and Office tools. Microsoft Project, Visio, and other reporting tools such as Tableau and Power BI.

  • Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.

  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of business need with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence.

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level.
