The candidate will be responsible for analyzing visitor behavior patterns, trends and predict impact of changes to customer experience and buying process. Apply your analysis skills to mine through our digital, CRM and sales data and communicate results to key stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities
Analyze visitor behavior patterns, trends and predict impact of changes to customer experience and buying process
Collaborate with internal teams to assess impact of digital promotions
Coordinate with web product managers to assess effectiveness of product launches
Develop relevant practices and procedures for preparing business reports
Quickly respond to ad hoc analytic requests which are common in our data-driven environment.
Develop and build a variety of reports using SQL, Tableau, Excel, and other software packages.
