As a Senior IT Enterprise Architect Manager, you will be responsible for understanding requirements/problem statements from business functions and building enterprise architectures that meet those needs. This role is centered on managing enterprise-wide ERP systems, with a specific focus on SAP order to cash processes for internal users and external customers. You will work with cross-functional teams to complete projects and implement SAP ECC, S4, SAP CPQ and Pricing related strategies at the enterprise level, which can be utilized by various business units. Responsibilities also include working closely with outsourced resources for application development, support, and optimization. You will own and lead the product evaluation of new emerging technologies in the market including AI/GenAI capabilities, conduct hands-on testing of these products in EA Lab, create scores to rate, recommend preferred business applications, and develop architecture to onboard and integrate them with other on-premises/cloud hosted/SaaS applications as applicable.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop architecture for ERP, CPQ Pricing, and order to cash related solutions and to integrate data to other enterprise and customer-facing systems
Develop next-generation composable architecture for ERP-related functions to align with SAP S4 upgrade and the need for scalable customer-facing apps
Work closely with system engineers to establish an EA lab function to accelerate new technology and design pattern validations
Be the Functional SAP ECC, S4, CPQ, and Pricing SME for the EA (enterprise Architecture) organization.
Support development of technical strategy to upgrade from SAP ECC to S4/Hana platform.
Work closely with outsourced resources for application development, support, and optimization.
Recommend preferred business applications based on evaluations and develop architectures to onboard and integrate them.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to modernize and standardize IT solutions based on Global Design Model (GDM).
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics
10+ years of experience as a developer and architect/designer for large enterprise solutions including SAP ERP as one of the key systems.
6+ years of experience with SAP platforms S4, CPQ and Pricing.
2+ years of experience with implementing S4/HANA for large manufacturing businesses.
Understanding of AI and GenAI technologies to apply to appropriate use cases
