Member of development team that leads technical execution and delivery of new initiatives as well as providing operational support for solutions in production.
Manage a team of developers directly and provide technical guidance to individuals and other peers.
Mentor, guide, coach, coordinate training opportunities and support individual growth of direct reports.
Ensure that technical solutions are in line with company standards in respect to architecture, security, compliance, testing and product direction.
Leverage industry best practices and tools to continually improve teams' ability to deliver and maintain solutions.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field plus 3 years of experience. Requires 3 years of experience with the following: Monitoring teams with technical experience with enterprise development (such as Java, Client-Side and Server-Side JavaScript, Scala) and frameworks/technology (such as React, Angular, Node); Source control and release technology (such as Git and Azure DevOps) and practices (such as CI/CD and automation); Supporting multiple versions and releases of software; Onboarding and providing support to developers as they learn in their career; Ability to present complex technical concepts to business partners and senior management; Ability to manage development team to deliverables: on time, scope, and budget; Full Stack development; Monitoring Agile/Scrum development teams; Creating and integrating REST based web services.
