Ability to be hybrid in Atlanta, GA (three days onsite)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Create and execute user acceptance test (UAT) scenarios and business cases to ensure product functionality meets user preferences and requirements.
Collaborate closely with business analysts to analyze complex requirements and ensure all specifications are fully understood and incorporated into testing.
Design, develop, and run UAT test cases to validate new implementations and system changes.
Identify necessary data for testing, analyze test results, and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
Participate in Program Increment (PI) planning as well as Post Production Validation (PPV) planning, design, and execution leading up to, and following the actual deployment date.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a UAT Tester or in a similar QA role with a strong focus on end-user acceptance testing.
Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies, including experience in designing test scripts and scenarios.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively to stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset, ready to work in cross-functional teams.
