UX Designer (Ad Agency Experience) - Hybrid Contract - Atlanta, GA
Are you a seasoned UX Designer with a strong background in ad agency environments, based in or near Atlanta, Georgia? Robert Half is seeking talented UX professionals to join our network for ongoing hybrid contract opportunities! This is an ongoing contract opportunity based in Atlanta, GA, offering a hybrid work schedule.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead UX design projects from concept to completion, emphasizing user-centered design principles.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and creatives, to deliver polished and innovative design solutions.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and enhance user experience.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms.
Work within an agile environment and manage design iterations based on feedback.
Bring creative and fresh ideas to client projects, prioritizing user needs and business goals.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in UX design, with a robust portfolio showcasing agency-level work and creative problem-solving.
Demonstrated expertise in user research, persona development, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
A passion for collaborative, fast-paced environments where continuous learning and growth are valued.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design ideas to internal teams and clients.
Experience with responsive design and mobile-first principles is highly desirable.
Must be located in the Atlanta, Georgia area for hybrid work.
