Junior Demand Planner (part of the Demand Planning Team for Greece, Balkans, Israel)
This position reports to the Demand Planning Lead (Greece, Balkans & Israel) and is based at Athens, Greece. This is a 1-year fixed term contract.

What You Will Do
The Junior Demand Planner is responsible for supporting g the monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process/cycle for his/her portfolio, collecting information from various key stakeholders and building/creating the monthly rolling forecast at SKU level. He is also supporting the Demand Planning Team in various activities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead consensus for operational forecast in planning process with sales, marketing, brand activation, customer service and finance teams for his/her brands.
Own and control Net Sales forecast for his/her brands.
Support on delivering Supply Chain KPIs (OTIF | UFR (Unit Fill Rate), MAPE & BIAS (forecast accuracy), Inventory | Slow moving and Obsolete Inventory, Complexity (SKU count)
Support on Inventory process for his/her portfolio.
Adapt and evaluate the statistical forecast to the local market based on business intelligence, specific historical sales trends, etc. In this respect he/she incorporates business intelligence gathered from cross-functional partners.
Use and maintain the Demand Planning software as the primary forecasting system tool - Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to demand planning process.
Work closely with regional supply team to ensure visibility and alignment on supply. Closely coordinate and communicate customer action plans with supply planning.
Monitor inbound pipeline of finished goods into the market, achieving the required product availability targets – ensure that all issues are tackled and that critical changes are acted upon. Avoidance / immediate resolution of any Out of Stock issue.
Main Interfaces/partnership: Customer Service & Logistics, Regional Supply Planning, Regulatory, Commercial Quality, Sales, Brand Activation, Marketing and Finance (Planning & Costing).
