Adecco US, Inc. Quality Assurance Associate in Auburn, Maine

Adecco is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Associate to join our team near Auburn, Maine.

The Quality Assurance Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet regulatory requirements and adhere to internal quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Schedule: 6am-4:30pm, Monday-Thursday

Pay: $24-$26

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspections and audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

  • Conduct thorough analyses of in-process samples, and finished products to identify defects or deviations from quality requirements.

  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.

  • Maintain accurate records of quality data, including test results, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports.

  • Train QA Technicians

  • Participate in cross-functional teams to support process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.

  • Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality assurance procedures and quality expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related role within a manufacturing environment.

  • Proficiency in conducting quality inspections and utilizing quality measurement tools and equipment.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends or patterns.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
