You will act as the key interface between the Mondelez Supply Chain, National Account team and Demand, and the Woolworths Supply Chain function. The key area of accountability is to validate and execute orders against the sales/demand plan to maximize the service level of products to Progressive DC’s, within strict supply chain efficiency constraints to minimize total cost to serve.

How you will contribute:

  • Manage the order execution process.

  • Manage and maximize Service performance.

  • Balance supply constraints and delivery of service levels through cross-functional alignment

  • Manage Replenishment Tools and Systems

  • Effectively manage new product introductions and product withdrawals to maximize sales and to minimize write-offs.

What you will bring:

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • Experience in customer-facing role within customer service, logistics or sales.

  • Background in retail or FMCG industry would be beneficial.

  • Ability to engage multiple stakeholder groups.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, excellent resolution skills, resilience, and adaptability.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, problem-solving ability, sense of urgency and high attention to detail.

  • Experience working with SAP, Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Experience in an order-to-cash environment.

  • Good knowledge of the total supply chain/order-to-cash process

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
