Key Responsibilities

• Meet gas recovery and buyback goals
• Build and maintain client base
• Partner with the Sales and customer teams to retain and build new customers
• Provide leadership and coaching to Field Service Technicians
• Receive and respond to calls from customers regarding scheduling work, service issues, and resolving customer concerns
• Have the technical ability and aptitude to complete service jobs as required (performing refrigerant recoveries)
• Utilize Salesforce for customer management
• Uphold Safety to Zero Harm Standards

Qualifications

• College degree. In lieu of a degree, 3+ years of relevant experience
• At least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to obtain CDL Class C with hazmat endorsement
• Ability to obtain EPA universal certification within 14 days of employment
• Work flexible hours
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Must be intermediate to advanced in Microsoft suites (including Microsoft Teams, Power BI, and Outlook)

Why A-Gas?

Pay will be commensurate with experience. The targeted annual salary is $65,000 - $75,000 depending on experience with a highly competitive commission plan. This role includes a company-provided truck with the necessary tools and equipment for success.
