Responsibilities:
- Creation and monitoring of Master Project Plan which identifies all
resources needed for execution of a project, and anticipated
schedule of resource requirements.
- Communication of Project Plan requirements with other Process
Owners.
- Thorough interrogation of customer engineering data package and
determination of part configuration, manufacturing process and
tooling requirements.
- Review and verify Bill of Materials in Titan.
- Oversee requisitioning of materials as needed.
- Creation of CAD data and/or basic tool designs as needed.
- Coordination with Production to provide technical support during
first part builds.
- Coordination with Production to incorporate lessons learned during
part fabrication into future planning.
- Identification of Project Management and Risk Analysis requirements
in accordance with DJP-200
- Assist Engineering Manager on MISC tasks as required.
