Overview
GovCIO is currently hiring for Business Analyst to support our client’s contract needs. This position is located in Washington, DC and will be a full remote position with some intermittent onsite work.
Responsibilities
Enter and quality-assure metadata (titles, dates, abstract info) of published reports into custom-built content management systems
Publish data using content management systems to different computer system environments: web and internal databases
Work with system developers to execute proper flows of data through system environments
Analyze data to ensure consistency and accuracy though multiple systems
Currently work with GAO applications: PMR, BDE, EMS, PDS, ServiceNow
Create records and/or update several thousand GAO documents from past years that are not listed in the Publications Database
Daily Monitoring of the general mailboxes for Information Management and Distribution
Weekly rotation of daily tasks (Clippings, Daybook, Accessible Text, Accession Log)
Log and process Ad-Hoc requests
Qualifications
Bachelors with 2 – 5 years (or commensurate experience)
Required Skills and Experience
Must have basic computer skills
Must be detail oriented, organized, and a strong ability to multi-task
Good customer service skills are required for this position
Must have good interpersonal communication skills
Have the ability to work both individually as well as within a team (Team-player)
Ability to work in a fast-past, changing environment
Clearance Required: Must be able to acquire and maintain GAO Public Trust

Posted Pay Range
The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Posted Salary Range
USD $65,000.00 - USD $70,000.00 /Yr.
