Volt is immediately hiring for a Remote ServiceNow Developer.
As a ServiceNow Developer you will:
- Determine problem areas within our current framework and recommend
solutions
- Develop processes with ServiceNow that improve user access and
navigation
- Collaborate with the project manager to establish timelines,
specifications, and budget
- Implement and monitor changes to ensure a smooth transition
- Conduct staff training on new procedures
- Provide regular updates on project status to supervisors
- Troubleshoot issues for staff and customers
This is a full-time opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information technology,
computer information systems, or a similar field
- 2+ years of working with ServiceNow, including configuring an ITSM
service catalog
- ServiceNow Administrator Fundamentals certification is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Pay Range: \$55 - \$65 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several
factors, including the candidate\'s education, work experience, work
location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
