What Customer Contract Administration contributes to Cardinal Health

Sales Administration/Operations is responsible for supporting the sales organization and driving operational excellence in order to achieve the strategic and sales objectives established by the sales organization. This includes sales tools/productivity improvement, customer contract administration, business metrics/analytics, and rewards architecture.

Customer Contract Administration is responsible for responding to RFIs and RFPs and coordinating administration of customer contract terms and conditions across multiple areas to maximize contract value.

Responsibilities

  • Draft assigned medical customer contracts using Apttus

  • Review assigned contracts for adherence to standard business terms

  • Support contract admin team through contract lifecycle management activities

  • Responsible for validating and entering contracts into system to execute and launch to appropriate stakeholders

  • Monitor requests through GMB to provide assistance to key stakeholders

  • Ad hoc reporting to support organization with contracting needs

  • Update agreements to align with metadata from contracts within SFDC system

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience, preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred

Anticipated hourly range: $32.50 per hour - $45.69 per hour
