What Customer Contract Administration contributes to Cardinal Health
Sales Administration/Operations is responsible for supporting the sales organization and driving operational excellence in order to achieve the strategic and sales objectives established by the sales organization. This includes sales tools/productivity improvement, customer contract administration, business metrics/analytics, and rewards architecture.
Customer Contract Administration is responsible for responding to RFIs and RFPs and coordinating administration of customer contract terms and conditions across multiple areas to maximize contract value.
Responsibilities
Draft assigned medical customer contracts using Apttus
Review assigned contracts for adherence to standard business terms
Support contract admin team through contract lifecycle management activities
Responsible for validating and entering contracts into system to execute and launch to appropriate stakeholders
Monitor requests through GMB to provide assistance to key stakeholders
Ad hoc reporting to support organization with contracting needs
Update agreements to align with metadata from contracts within SFDC system
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience, preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
What is expected of you and others at this level
Applies working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks
Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity
Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes action to resolve
Applies judgment within defined parameters
Receives general guidance and may receive more detailed instruction on new projects
Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy
Anticipated hourly range: $32.50 per hour - $45.69 per hour
